Starbucks Rewards Program
Starbucks actually awards you with points when you sign up and use their reward program. To sign up for a Starbucks Card you must purchase a gift card (the minimum amount you can buy is $5) then register your card online here. Once you have registered your card you’re ready to start earning.
For every purchase you make with your registered Starbucks Card either online or in store you will earn 1 star. With 1 star you unlock your first reward, a free drink on your birthday. Once you start using your card there are 2 different ‘levels of membership’ to get to in order to unlock more free rewards.
After earning only 5 Stars you earn your way into the ‘Green Level’. When earning the Green level you get:
- Free syrup (flavors include: Caramel, Cinnamon Dolce, Hazelnut, Vanilla syrup, Raspberry, Classic, Peppermint or Toffee Nut) or soymilk.
- Free refills on brewed or ice coffee, as well as tea during the same visit.
- With the purchase of a pound of beans, get a free tall drink.
Once you have earned 30 stars (as long as it is within 1 year) you receive all of the previous rewards as well as:
- Free drink for every 15 Stars.
- A personalized Gold Card.
- Special member offers and coupons via email.
